Thank you for shopping with Kzara Visual. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
Processing time includes:
- Order verification
- Quality checks
- Packaging by our third-party suppliers
Please note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom
- European Union
- United States
- Selected international destinations
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable to your location.
3. Shipping Origin
Our products are shipped from international third-party suppliers and manufacturers.
As a result:
- Items in the same order may ship separately
- Multiple tracking numbers may be provided
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- European Union: 7–20 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. In some cases, delivery might be quicker or longer.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Destination
- Order size and weight
- Supplier location
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Local handling fees
These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
Kzara Visual is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer error
- Orders marked as delivered by the carrier
If an order is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees will apply.
9. Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Peak seasons
- Weather conditions
- Force majeure events
Shipping delays alone are not grounds for a refund.
10. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please check with neighbours or your local delivery office
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit:
- We will investigate with the supplier and carrier
- A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion
11. Damaged Packages During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the item and packaging
Please do not discard the item or packaging until your claim is resolved.
12. Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different suppliers.
You may receive items at different times.
13. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is:
- Refused by the recipient
- Unclaimed
- Returned due to customs issues
Additional reshipping or handling fees may apply.
