Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kzara Visual. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

We work with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, & print on demand suppliers. As a result, the following conditions apply:

1. Order Cancellation (EU & UK Customers)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, unless an exemption applies.

Exemptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised, custom-made products and wall art.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, once opened.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Digital products, once downloaded.

2. Order Cancellation (All Customers)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as it is already in transit from our supplier.

3. Returns (EU & UK Customers)

We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged.
  • The item is defective.
  • The wrong item was received.

For EU/UK customers exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, the item must be:

  • Unused.
  • In original packaging.
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Please note: Change-of-mind returns outside the EU/UK cooling-off period are not accepted.

4. Returns (All Customers)

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item received is incorrect.
  • The item is defective.

Return Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Photo or video evidence is required before approval.
  • Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@karavisual.com.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Provide photo or video evidence if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover return shipping where required by law.
  • For EU/UK change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • International return shipping costs may exceed the item value — please consider this before ordering.

7. Refunds 

Once your return is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging.
  • Do not discard the item or packaging until your claim is resolved.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect use.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Failed deliveries due to customer error.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier and/or delivery service.

If a package is returned to the supplier due to an address issue, reshipping fees (at the current rate) will apply.

10. Shipping Times and Delays

  • Our products are shipped from international suppliers and manufacturers. 
  • Estimated delivery times serve as guidelines only. 
  • Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues or peak seasons.
  • Shipping delays alone are NOT grounds for a refund.

11. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit:

  • We will work with the supplier and shipping carrier.
  • A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.

12. Sale & Promotional Items

Sale items, discounted products and promotional items purchased are final sale and are therefore not eligible for refunds or returns.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, please contact us first.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in:

  • order cancellation and/or
  • account restriction

We reserve the right to provide tracking details, proof of delivery and correspondence to payment processors.

Kzara Visual operates as an online retail platform and does not manufacture, stock or ship products directly, despite us using our own designs in some cases.

All of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
