How do you spell LOVE? You don't; you just FEEL it.
Candi & Michael's wedding at Thabo Echo Estate was one of those unique weddings where you constantly feel the love present throughout the day. And not just by the couple but also in every single person that attended.
The first night I meet with them was at Rossa in Bedfordview. They got in touch with me after being referred to Kzara Visual Concepts. I have never had so much fun at a wedding meeting before. It felt like dinner celebrations with old friends! We laughed so much, and I learned so much in such a short time about this fun loving couple! I literally counted down the days to this wedding.
The wedding day was something out of this world and the only words that I could think of that would describe their big day was an ‘elegant white wedding wonderland’. People from all over the world came to celebrate their special day.
The day started off with Michael. He got ready at Thabo Echo Hotel. And what fun! The excited I saw on this man's face as he got ready to meet his bride down the aisle left me speechless. He wore his pride on his face, and the day that he was dreaming of for a long time had finally came. You could feel the intense happiness.
Candi got dressed at her Godmothers house with her entire bridal retinue. Her dress was a gift from Dubai and if you go through the photos couldn't you agree that she looked absolutely amazing? It's not every day that you see a bride do all her bridesmaids hair whilst remaining so calm, and being the calm to every single person in her wedding retinue.
Most people dred a long drawn out wedding ceremony, but this couples one was the highlight of everybody's day. Their Portuguess ceremony was incredible, so much fun and filled with an immense amount of emotion and joy. When Candi walked down the aisle most people burst into tears of happiness. Two souls connected were becoming one. Candi carried a napkin and walked down the aisle wiping tears off her guests faces, finally arriving at her groom who was also shedding a tear. I get the most excited for this moment to see the look on the Groom's faces when they see their soulmates.
It's not every day that you see a Bride & Groom have such playful and intimate moments with their Priest. I have added a few shots in here, but there is so many more moments that happened.
Their reception was incredible, the speeches filled with so much love for the couple, the food was delicious and the party ... well that was one hell of a party. Why did it have to end?
We ended the night off with a gorgeous off camera flash photo session by Kzara's photographer Andre. He has some incredible skills, and you just have to see the shots he got here.
Candi & Michael thank you for trusting me to document your special day! I wish you all the best for the future.
May your love for one another grow every single day and may you be blessed beyond your wildest dreams.
Lots of LOVE xxxxx
